Problem: The home owner wished to remain in their current location but needed more space to live comfortably in their home.

Solution: To carry out a High Lift and Basement Conversion, in order to add an extra storey to the property. The final outcome meant that the now,double storey dwelling also had three extra bedrooms, a single car garage and a wine cellar.
